Registration Fee includes:
- Access to conference sessions;
- Conference kit;
- One Welcome Party Ticket;
- Coffee Breaks;
- Daily Lunches Tickets.
Gala Dinner ticket is not included in the registration fee. It can be purchased through the Registration Form.
Author fee allows the presentation of max. 2 papers.
Extra papers will have an additional cost of € 50 per paper.
In order to include your contribution in the final program (oral/poster presentation), the registration of the presenting author must be completed before July 15, 2025.
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to remove your contribution from the program if no registration has been received by July 15, 2025.

Registration Form
Refund Policy
Conference registration will not be refunded if it is required to cover the publication expenses of an accepted paper.
The deadline for refunds is August 31, 2025.
